Terms and Conditions for Little Ladies Kitchen

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of our food catering services ("Services") by our customers ("You" or "Customer"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Order Placement: You may place an order with us for food catering services by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to reject any order that we deem inappropriate or that we are unable to fulfill.
  2. Payment: Payment for our Services must be made in advance unless prior arrangements have been made with us. We accept cash and credit cards. A deposit may be required to secure your order.
  3. Cancellation: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time may result in a cancellation fee.
  4. Delivery and Pickup: We will deliver your order to the agreed-upon location at the agreed-upon time. If you are picking up your order, it must be picked up at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during delivery or pickup.
  5. Food Safety: We take food safety very seriously and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury that results from consuming our food if it has not been stored or handled properly after delivery or pickup.
  6. Menu Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to our menu at any time without prior notice. We will make every effort to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
  7. Liability: Our liability for any damages or losses resulting from our Services is limited to the amount paid for those Services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
  8. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of our company and may not be used without our written permission.
  9. Confidentiality: We will keep all information about your order and event confidential, except as required by law.
  10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our business is located.
  11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
